Leonid Novokhatko becomes culture minister

KYIV, Feb 5, 2013 (UBO) – President Viktor Yanukovych has appointed Leonid Novokhatko as Ukraine's culture minister. A respective decree was posted on the website of the head of state on Tuesday.

 

Novokhatko earlier served as deputy chairman of Kyiv City State Administration in charge of social issues.

 

Novokhatko previously worked as first deputy general director of the UkrInform news agency.
